I just picked up my brand new Audi Q8 and I couldn't be more happy with the amazing customer service at Audi Hamilton. My sales person at Audi Hamilton was Steven and this is the second brand new Audi I purchased from him (first was Q5). He's very knowledgeable, very quick in replies, very helpful and great at helping to build new car with all the specs and recommending what would look the best without any pressure!! I highly recommend Audi Hamilton as a perfect place for great cars and Steven!!!

Staff is great starting with Paul who greets you with the biggest smile. Thanks to Nigel for making my day and easy for me to get my car in and out. To the guys in the back for all your great team work. We never see behind the scenes but a big thank you to everyone.
I purchased my Q5 out of province, however have serviced my vehicle since new at Audi Hamilton. I cannot say enough about the service team at the dealership. From Paul meeting you in the drive through to the service scheduler Jen and the team of service advisors. Special thank you to Kevin, who always goes above and beyond to answer questions thoroughly, liaising with technicians and customers and ultimately fulfilling all components of a work order.
